Reporting directly to the client (Planning and Deputy director of the E-Commerce business) to take full accountability of the strategy (web & app) of the channels, doing a deep dive on categories, new customers and so on.
These responsibilities are further broken down below:
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (GA4 / Adobe analytics)
- Knowledge in the navigation menu, how to create segments, acquisition analysis, behaviour, conversion paths in addition to downloading the data and being able to make reports on demand.
- Ability to generate hypotheses or insights around the data, analyse the data to find possible answers to a problem.
- Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta BM, TikTok, DV360)
- Traffic analysis and conversion paths (towards the web or app).
