What you’ll do:

  • As a Data Science Practitioner, your main responsibility will be to identify relevant data sources, collect structured and unstructured data, source any missing data, and enhance the data collection process. You will also need to organize the data into usable formats, assess the quality of the data, and execute data cleansing and verification. Furthermore, you'll need to build predictive models and machine learning algorithms, analyze the data to spot trends and patterns and create compelling data visualizations. Finally, you will generate reports, executive summaries, and actionable insights to support the needs of the Revenue Operations Unit and Business Units.
  • As a D&A Learning Enabler, your role will be to support the development of Revenue Operations' D&A competencies. You will work alongside different units and guide your colleagues. Your ability to teach and mentor will be critical in guiding and supporting junior team members.
  • As a Technology Evangelist, you have the exciting opportunity to explore and recommend innovative technologies that can greatly enhance the Revenue Operations Unit. You will collaborate closely with the IT and D&A teams to ensure the data infrastructure is correctly established and databases are effectively designed, executed, and maintained. Your extensive knowledge of technology and coordination abilities will be essential to guarantee the successful implementation of these initiatives.
  • As a Data Storyteller, your task is to present complex concepts clearly and concisely, using a compelling narrative that engages and informs your listeners. You will need to hone your writing and speaking skills, ensuring that your message is easy to understand and digest. By mastering the art of data storytelling, you can effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders across the organization.

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related subject
  • 3+ years of experience working in Shared Services, GBS, or BPO multinational environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL) using reporting and data visualization tools like Google Cloud Platform and Tableau Dashboards.
  • 1+ years of working experience in Python programming language
  • Strong command of the English language, both in speaking and writing, at a B2+ level

What could set you apart:

  • Postgraduate degree or certification in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Big Data.
  • One year of experience working with Salesforce Apps such as CRM, Pardot, Onboarding, and Service.
  • One year of experience automating business processes with no-code drag-and-drop automation tools like UiPath Studio X.
