This role will project manage renewing all leave policies in our countries outside the US. In addition this role will coordinate and manage the implementation and governance of these leave policies in conjunction with the relevant partners (including but not limited to Payroll, ESOps, ESBPs, Legal and Finance) as well as review exception requests against what is currently in our policies.

Your Impact: - Leaves Management

  • Project manages the Leave of Absence policy renewal process
  • Act as point of contact for escalated Leave of Absence concerns and issues including exceptions oversight and resolution
  • Oversees administration of Leave of Absence Programs and policies including coordination with the Global Leaves Program Manager to ensure alignment globally where required
  • Creates, streamlines and implements processes and tools to support the leave programs
  • Coordinate with the Benefits Administration team to ensure successful vendor interfaces are in place for accurate data recording and reporting
  • Drives the implementation, communication and administration of leave programs internally and externally
  • Maintains internal documents, policies and communications as necessary to ensure company compliance in collaboration with legal as required
  • Consult, coordinate and partner with Employee Relations, Managers, Safety, Legal, Payroll, ES and benefit team peers to improve processes and procedures
  • Ensures efficient and effective support of the operational day-to-day HR transactions related to leaves of absence company policies and procedures
  • Manages the relationship between the Company and third-party benefits consultants/administrators to ensure smooth functionality of leave programs
  • Reviews proposals for new or revised Leave programs
  • Reviews and analyzes program utilization. Makes recommendations on strategies to maintain cost effectiveness, and implement changes and/or enhancements
  • Serves as the benefits team subject matter expert for the leave programs
  • Monitors legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance, especially as it applies to statutory requirements across various cities, counties, states and countries. .
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining annual budget for time off programs
  • Works with ES Tech to ensure implementation of system solutions to support leave policies
