We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Commercial Account Manager to join our Poly Hybrid Work Solutions team in Norway.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and play a central role in shaping the future of communication and collaboration.

Your main objective will be to cultivate strong relationship to key customers to ensure satisfaction. Develop and execute accounts plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value to customers. Provide timely sales performance reports to track progress and informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER.

  • Be the single point of contact
  • Develop and manage relationships on all levels within the customer organization.
  • Manage the virtual team to drive execution.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand HP Poly’s presence with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionals teams, including sales, marketing, and systems engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Drive pipeline and sales opportunities.
  • Assist partners in opportunity management.

BUSINESS LEADER

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Mange the overall business, opportunities and provide forecasts.

Reporting lines and links:

As a Commercial Account Manager, you report to Sales Director End User Sales team in Norway, and work in close cooperation with Poly category team, Systems Engineers, sales, channel marketing and other specialist to support you in your work.

Education and experience required:

We are recruiting a Commercial Account Manager to support a small set of strategic partners with the potential to significantly grow the HP Poly Hybrid Work Solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships is in the core of your talent together with business development in cooperation with a team of professionals.

  • University or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English is an absolute requirement
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role
  • Team player with growth mindset and positive energy
  • Experience with business development is a must
  • Well-developed proven relationship skills
  • Good understanding of business financials is key
  • in-depth industry knowledge and/or experience is a plus
