- Conduct the full sales cycle
- Identify new business opportunities according to market trends analysis and understand competitor activity and customer needs
- Organize and conduct online meetings with potential clients
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in IT domain or with education products would be a plus)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Good analytical skills and a fast learner
- Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with a solid understanding of sales process management
