  • Conduct the full sales cycle
  • Identify new business opportunities according to market trends analysis and understand competitor activity and customer needs
  • Organize and conduct online meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in IT domain or with education products would be a plus)
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Good analytical skills and a fast learner
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with a solid understanding of sales process management
