Reporting to the CRM Senior Director, we are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Mexico operation with a focus on CRM Strategy, including scoping, design and delivery of best practices following the input provided by the client while assuring campaign/business Indicators are fulfilled.
You will have experience developing data-driven CRM and customer lifecycle strategies, implementing marketing automation campaigns and understanding data integration between main CRM platforms.
You will preferably have previous working experience in the following Marketing Automation technologies: Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce CDP, Braze, Bloomreach, Segment, and Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct service to the client and communicate with our products
- Design and deploy high-quality marketing strategies aligned with our client's brand managers' input, assuring campaign/business indicators are met
- Coordinate retention campaign sends through different ways such a email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups and WhatsApp
- Create optimization plans and proposals to improve customer communications
- Manage audience segmentation databases following our client's business strategy
- Coordinate automated flows and manage CRM platforms and consoles
- Improve up-to-date metric dashboards and deliver periodic result overviews
- Conduct ongoing campaign analysis generation
- Lead the strategic development of marketing automation programmes, including advanced segmentation, personalisation, detailed journey flows, reporting suggestions, and testing plan recommendations
- Lead the discovery processes to acquire all relevant information and documentation to develop the above, including an understanding of relevant platforms in client technology stacks, data availability, and system integrations
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience designing marketing automations and customer lifecycle strategies (client or agency side)
- Experience leading client-facing discussions and consulting clients on marketing activities across a variety of industries
- Experience presenting process and business-facing documentation
- Experience organizing and leading team members to complete projects
- Knowledge on CRM practices across B2B, B2C and B2B2C
- Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
- Data analysis skills
Preferable:
- +3 years of experience using main marketing automation tools - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze.
- Exposure to main paid media platforms and analytics tools an advantage, e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Google Analytics
- Experience organizing multiple work streams and activities
