About the Position:

As a Product Designer at Sleep Cycle, you will be a part of a cross-functional team to achieve clear, outcome-based goals. You will be a key member of the product team that owns acquisition and activations, with a direct impact on Sleep Cycle’s business success, while also helping millions of users achieve their health goals through better sleep. Your strategic thinking, creative ideas and design skills will drive the development of our product offering to delight our customers and elevate our brand. You will be located in our office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being the voice of the customer and creating delightful solutions that have a high impact on business outcomes.
• Represent design throughout discovery and delivery, collaborating closely with the Tech Lead and Product Manager.
• Experienced in user-centered design methodologies and ensure your team champions modern design thinking principles.
• Bridge the gap between our users and the product team.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

• Have proven experience as a Product Designer in a cross-functional product team working on B2C subscriptions products.

• Be strong in interaction and visual design, creating appealing user interfaces. Create prototypes out of hypotheses and quickly validate with real users.

• Thrive as a designer in a data-driven optimization team.

• Have experience with animations/micro animation.

• Understand when to take smart shortcuts to quickly test hypotheses.

• Be used to an environment where experimentation is key

• Be fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• A higher education in a relevant field.

• Fluency in English and preferably Swedish.

• Know what it means to be a great team player

In addition, it is also nice if you have:

• Art director skills to support creating beautiful creatives to be used in our product, in marketing and PR.

• Experience with animations/micro animation

• A genuine interest in health and sleep

We’re located on the 20th floor in the Kineum scraper, close to Ullevi.
Yes, you can watch concerts from there. Yes, the view is magnificent even when you can’t hear the sound.

We do our best work when we’re all on site, so you need to enjoy being in the office. Our policy is that you need to be onsite at least 4 days per week.
