We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our exceptional Personal Injury Team at Enable Law. What you’ll do:

At Enable Law, we are committed to offering our clients a premium service that reflects our core values of authenticity, expertise, and support. As a dynamic and enthusiastic lawyer, your role will be integral to bolstering the reputation of our flourishing team. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of existing and new cases within the Personal Injury team. Additionally, you will play a key role in various Business Development initiatives, collaborating with Partners and team members, while supervising junior fee earners to enhance the Personal Injury Service and expand our client base.

What we are looking for

To excel in this role, you should hold the position of an Associate or a Senior Associate, boasting a demonstrable track record and expertise in Personal Injury law. Paramount to your success will be strong organisational skills and the drive to take initiative. A keen interest in personal injury cases and commitment to our charitable endeavours are highly valued. Furthermore, your ability to forge robust client relationships and exhibit excellent communication skills will be crucial. Experience in business development, marketing, and acquiring new clients will also be beneficial.

Eligibility to work in the UK

Eligibility to work in the UK will be verified in the final stages of the selection process. All candidates must be able to prove their right to work in the UK, which may include meeting the Home office criteria for Visa sponsorship. Candidates who require sponsorship should evaluate the Home Office eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa before applying and keep up to date with any legal developments.
