What you'll be doing

• You will join as the first full time Android engineer to take over end to end development and maintenance of Apron mobile app
• You will be part of the Apron Capture team and will focus on expanding the capabilities of the Apron mobile app launched earlier this year.
• You'll work closely with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Designers and Support, which means you really get to know our products inside out.
• Contribute to feature development even before setting to code. Teams plan features implementation together and every voice matters.
• Share your experience and drive innovation, proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK and Jetpack
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Demonstrated experience with testing, maintaining and launching Android applications
• Demonstrated experience with handling analytics and generating actionable insights from mobile applications
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
