Design Project Manager

In the role of Design Project Manager, you’ll be working closely with the wider Design team, the German Account Managers and German Commercial Leads to create unique and engaging ad experiences on a daily basis for our international portfolio of clients.

What You'll Achieve:

• Coordinate and manage German campaigns for the Design team.
• Manage and schedule incoming creative requests from German clients.
• Collaborate with other Design Project Managers on process and workload planning.
• Ensure the Design team has clear briefings and necessary assets.
• Professionally handle incoming feedback and translate it into actionable steps for the Design team.
• Serve as the primary communication link between clients and the Design team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Provide input on design capabilities to stakeholders.
• Brainstorm improvements for current processes and workflows.
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure high creative output.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of campaign designs.
• Attend in-person client pitches and creative showcases with Commercial Leads.
• Represent Design and serve as GumGum’s creative ambassador in all client encounters.
• Discuss campaign performance data with clients in relation to Design.
• Act as the creative point of contact on client calls when needed.

Skills You'll Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in ad product creation, trafficking, and creative troubleshooting.
• 2+ years in a Traffic/Project/Media role.
• 2+ years in a media or agency position.
• Proficient in reviewing Adobe CC files, especially Photoshop.
• Native-level German communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing people and processes.
• Ability to thrive on structure, organization, and prioritization.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated to be the key contact for all things creative.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for detail.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive team player.
