The Opportunity:

The Technical Product Marketing Manager will be a part of our GTM Product Marketing Team, focusing on market intelligence to refine messaging and develop impactful accelerators so the sales team is equipped with the right tools to drive success for Observe.AI.

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to develop product videos, enable our sales teams on competitive solutions, collaborate with product and engineering to create technical thought leadership content, VOC and VOF reports—even better if you’ve been a customer or target audience in the past.

What you’ll do day to day:

  • Drive sales excellence with a competitive intelligence program including battlecards, one-pagers, documentation
  • Become a trusted GTM partner to the product and engineering teams by establishing a continuous feedback loop with customer input, market trends, and competitive intel to influence product roadmap prioritization
  • Deeply understand customer requirements and in turn, use this intel to build out effective marketing materials that present our offerings at a portfolio level (i.e. blogs, websites, internal training, demo videos)
  • Create positioning and messaging that will represent our offerings at a portfolio level for internal and external purposes
  • Work closely with GTM teams to ensure our value propositions are articulated accurately (at events, customer demos, sales demos, and on marketing channels)

Who you are:

  • 3+ years in technical Product Marketing, Solution/Sales Engineering, Product Management, or Customer Success, with proof of deep customer knowledge and influence
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong execution
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams across an organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for technology and staying ahead of the market
  • Technical background in a Generative AI contact center tech stack, or prior contact center experience is a bonus
  • Intensely curious mindset and competence asking high quality questions

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Work backwards from understanding the customer and industry requirements to then connecting the dots between our various different Observe.AI capabilities and services
  • Are dedicated to helping us build and market the right portfolio of offerings to meet and exceed the needs of our customers, all while being able to clearly articulate the value propositions of our capabilities at a high level
  • Have experience taking technical products and building simple messages
