The RTO platform is a comprehensive training and reporting system designed to streamline employee training. The platform includes an extensive library of industry-rich content, real-time tracking and comprehensive reporting features. RTO is led by a team of production and learning design professionals, with expertise in the convenience, restaurant and retail industries.

What we are looking for

Our dynamic company has an immediate need for a UI Developer. The UI Developer assists with programming of our software platform. Working on a team, this role will be responsible for coding web and mobile features within our Learning Management software application. This position will also be converting our current .NET to the Blazor framework. The position will support existing projects while developing new projects.

Qualified candidate will work a pre-established remote schedule from their home office in one of the following states: PA, FL, SC, NC, MA, KY, IA, TX or AZ.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Extensive programming language knowledge, especially in C# and HTML

• Strong Database and SQL skills

• Extensive knowledge of the latest .NET 5+ Core Framework, preferably 8

• Converting ASP.NET to the .Net / Blazor framework for web and mobile within our Learning Management software application

• Knowledge of Telerik Blazor and Telerik Maui UI components

• Ability to determine and utilize the best data structures and algorithms for the task at hand

• Familiarity with version control systems

• Knowledge of software testing and debugging Web and Mobile application programming and development

• Utilize Azure DevOps in an agile environment to receive and track changes and work logs

• Code according to established methodology and standards

• Visual Studio 2017-2022

• Document implementation requirements for new task

• Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience in related field

• Thorough with an attention to detail

• Ability to communicate with non-tech stakeholders

• Flexible with the ability to remain calm and deliver under pressure

• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to perform assigned tasks proficiently and on schedule

• Full Stack Experience

• Web development using Blazor WebAssembly

• Xamarin, .Net Maui Hybrid, XAML and Blazor Components for Mobile Application Development

• Understanding of Web Services and APIs

• ASP.NET 6-8 Framework

• Entity Framework Core 8

• C# and VB.NET Programming Languages

• Telerik UI for Blazor

• Web Forms

• SQL Server queries and stored procedures; SQL Server Management Studio

• HTML, DHTML, CSS

• AJAX in .Net Core

• Coding Web Services and APIs utilizing JSON and XML

• Jscript, Javascript

• An understanding of Object Relational Mapping tools

• SCORM / xAPI
