Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. The business team is responsible for supporting the company's core growth strategies, defining, and maintaining KPIs, and working cross-functionally to improve processes and operations. The Business Manager will play a key role in all aspects of business operations, growth, and product development.

You’d be joining a highly experienced group of founders, including our CEO Kevin Nazemi, who served as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR), and a company financially supported by some of the most respected FinTech Investors.

Responsibilities

• Helping analyze data to identify trends, extract relevant insights, and make strategic business recommendations.
• Execute initiatives and drive programs to create and improve operating processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing/product/engineering, and fraud/risk organizations to help drive the development of Charlie’s core business.
• Leverage business acumen, industry knowledge, and data analytics skills to develop/deliver intelligence and business analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience and/or experience in a business operation, product management, investment banking, or management consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, support, business intelligence, product/engineering teams.
• Preferred: SQL, experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to perform with a P&L mindset, create financial projections for BizOps initiatives.
• You make positive things happen.

• You keep calm under pressure. When something doesn’t go as planned, you can keep your cool and find a solution.
