Sales and Support Representative

Why we’re seeking for a Sales and Support Representative. As Whizz continues to grow, we are expanding our Remote Sales & Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities.

• Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads;
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries;
• Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients;
• Address existing customers' concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of English, level C2, you will be communicating with native speakers on a daily basis;
• 1 + years of experience in sales role;
• High-speed internet connection;
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time);
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills....
