The team
We're a committed, experienced, and compassionate team with former Amazon, Mozilla, Invision, Microsoft and TransferWise alumni pioneering remote working practices. You’ll join a collaborative group of professionals from many different backgrounds, who’ve built and scaled large teams and products.
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Growth Marketer to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the execution of a wide range of marketing projects and campaigns, contributing to our overall growth strategy.
As part of this role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.
- Drive website projects, including the design, development, and optimization of landing pages to improve UX and conversion rates.
- Work closely with our designer and content team to ideate and produce compelling ad creatives for paid campaigns.
- Support the Content team in creating, publishing and distributing content across social media platforms and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and continually refine our marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in creating and managing landing pages, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with paid marketing channels, preferably Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Confident user of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the generative AI and LLM landscape is a plus.
- SEO experience, specifically keyword and topic research is a plus.
