Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Develop an overall business plan including sales strategies and profit goals including performing territory and sales analyses by assessing the result and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Implement strategies sales plan to expand company customer base and ensure GEA strong presence in assigned area.
  • Prepare sales forecast and budgets; monitor sales volume revenue and cost against forecast to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve overall performance.
  • Negotiate sales with current and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retentions, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities in order to implement the organizations overall sales strategy.
  • Exhibits outstanding communication skills and work collaboratively with other departments and other GEA reporting units.
  • Build and promote long-term relationship with current and potential customers and sales agents by communicating effectively and promptly addressing concerns and disputes.
  • Work collaboratively with head of business unit organization to improve long-term relationship with current and existing customers.
  • Promotes teamwork, maintains a positive attitude, and supports the concept of one face to our customers.
  • Executes follow up process on all invoices.
  • Other task that maybe assigned by Management as deemed necessary relative to Sales Manager detailed scope of work.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment
  • Preferably with MBA degree
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Good business sense
  • Experience in customer relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication in providing great customer service.
  • English & local language
  • Analytical mind
  • Problem solving aptitude.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
