Core Responsibilities
Facilitate ideation and early-stage design processes
Innovate and design gameplay mechanics and flow
Imagine, design and iterate prototypes with team
Communicate and present ideas to internal and external partners
Build and maintain Game Design Documents
Leverage player needs, audience profiles and other insights to define the right product value propositions
Examination of player eco-systems for trends and behavior.

Do you have what it takes?
Experience with digital product development thinking from ideation to concept to final
Passion to create and work with creative team members to build amazing games
Thrives upon change. Comfortable prototyping and working with iterative development process
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
Strong interest in the game development process, from start to launch
Passion for playing a variety of games
Systematic approach to design, with the ability to prioritize according to relevant needs.
Ideal candidates should have a diverse range of interests and passions to draw inspiration from. Experience with game creation engines such as UEFN, Unreal, or Unity 3D is preferred.
Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
