As our Product Manager, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives.
We are now looking for a Product Manager for our Home Appliance Team. Focusing on our built-in kitchen products in the Nordics. You will work closely with sales teams in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark as well as our headquarters. You will be a part of a product management team of 8 people in Kista.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for our built-in kitchen product category. This includes developing and implementing products launches, optimizing sales channels, and crafting pricing strategies. Taking care of the product lifecycle management from launch to stock-keeping unit strategy and End-of-life.
In this role you will create demand, monitor product performance, and analyze market trends. You need to adapt global product strategies to fit the Nordic Market, working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve success together.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Expanding our market share and brand leadership in the Nordic region
- Developing and executing a growth strategy for the Home Appliances category
- Establish a sustainable profit base for future business growth
- Optimize range, pricing, and model mix to drive premium sales
- Implement effective product and marketing strategies for Home Appliances
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly communicative person, proficient in both written and verbal communication. Someone who is able to persuade and influence others when necessary. To be successful you will need to be analytical, understanding how to utilize data. Strong organizational and planning skills are essential to meet expectations, develop your product range, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Several years of experience in a commercial product management role, or sales role
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, preferably Home Appliances
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English
Ideally, you also have:
- An academic degree in a relevant area
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
