Associate Account Director

As an Associate Account Director you are responsible for growing existing accounts, developing new accounts and new business and achieving sales targets. You must be motivated and dedicated with a real client focus and the ability to create professional relationships. You must be a very good command of the English language, be able to work in an international organization, and communicate with people in a clear and concise way.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Pro active and responsive day to day communication with clients and prospects;
• Handling of incoming client requests;
• Development and management of accounts and business plans;
• Recruitment of new accounts and new business;
• Pro-active client development and retention;
• Solving critical account situations;
• Managing capacity and feasibility;
• Write account management reports;
• Market development: understand market trends and players;
• Product development: understand new product developments in the company and convert them into new business opportunities.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Demonstrate highest level of ability in all aspects of communications (written, oral, listening and expressing ideas);
• Have an excellent problem solving ability;
• Be able to lead and manage multiple, large-scale assignments simultaneously with shifting priorities, deadlines and focus;
• Have strong organizational skills;
• Have the ability to quickly build “long-distance” relationships internally and externally and work across a wide range of cultures and personalities, work well across functions;
• The ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum 3 years of sales related experience with demonstrated success
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• General Market Research Knowledge
