Finance Solution Architect

Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Finance Solution Architect to join our team in Asia.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, consolidation, solution design, project management, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, consolidation, disclosure, tax & statutory reporting, and IFRS.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
• Hands on technical experience with solutions like Tagetik, OneStream, Workiva, Fluence Technologies, Oracle HFM, SAP BPC.
• Experience with SQL is considered to be an advantage.
• Additional certifications or advanced degrees in finance or related fields are preferred.
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Confident presentation skills at management level.
• Experience in a consulting environment or with large-scale financial system implementations.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in financial solutions and reporting.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement financial solutions to meet client needs.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide expertise in FP&A, accounting, consolidation, closing, tax reporting, and IFRS compliance.
• Utilize and integrate EPM/CPM solutions.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards in all solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
