What you can expect as a Commissioning and Support Engineer in Pixii:
You will be a part of the Customer Success team, a key department in Pixii, which is also a focal point in order to meet our growth ambitions. On a day-to-day basis you will handle Commissioning and technical support related to global inquiries. You will be handling and forwarding inquiries, and perform commissioning of our systems. In this role, you work both strategically and hands-on by taking part in the ongoing work to improve the tools and processes for the benefit of Pixii and our customers.
As you are handling customer inquiries based on their current needs, you will also be working proactively with commissioning, calibrations, and monitoring of their systems. It is therefore important to have deep understanding of how the Battery Energy Storage System branch operates.
What will you do:
- Secure market-leading customer satisfaction through excellent handling of our customers
- Proactively perform commissioning of the customers systems, and reactively respond to any questions or inquiries customers might have through our ticketing tool(s)
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and video conferencing
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to the systems and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Work closely with installers to ensure proper installation of systems
- Collaborate with the Customer Success- and the RnD team on long-term strategies for a more efficient Support & Commissioning Organization through the right tools, processes, and resources.
You have:
- A Technical College, Masters- or Bachelor-degree in Electric Engineering, Data Science or a similar relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with handling of customer inquiries through ticketing-tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk etc.
- Experience and interest related to cloud tools such as Thingsboard
- Experience related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a great advantage
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required
- An advantage if you are proficient in scripting languages such as Python
- Preferably knowledge of software installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows or Linux
Who are you:
You are passionate about the customer journey, and have knowhow in handling customer inquiries. Customer service comes naturally to you, and you like to establish relationships with your customers. You have an analytical mindset, and is comfortable establishing processes and best-practice. In your day to day, you like collaborating with others to optimize your work flow and customer journey, but also comfortable traveling to customers and handling support on your own.
