As a Technical Product Owner on our MLOps Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how our business units leverage AI to enhance customer and operational experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate AI Adoption: Partner with business units to help them adopt and deliver AI applications using our MLOps platform.
• Integration of AI Models: Seamlessly integrate MLOps-hosted models into business processes and supporting systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Deployment Optimisation: Continuously identify and eliminate friction in the deployment process by implementing automation solutions, thus reducing the cost and time of building AI applications.
• Customer Feedback Integration: Collaborate with the MLOps platforms team to enhance product offerings by incorporating customer feedback, driving the automation of model deployment.
• User Base Growth: Expand the MLOps user base by providing comprehensive training and support from initial setup to inference use cases.
• Empower Business Units: Develop best practices and automation strategies that enable business units to become self-sufficient in deploying and managing AI applications.

Tech Skills

• MLOps Platforms: Proficiency in MLOps platforms such as AWS SageMaker, H2O AI Cloud, and similar technologies.
• AI/ML Tools: Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks like Jupyter, R Studio, and MLFlow.
• Automation: Strong background in automating deployment processes and integrating models into business systems.
• Data Management: Familiarity with big data platforms and related ecosystems, such as Cloudera Hadoop and Snowflake.
• Programming Languages: Have a backgound in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, particularly AWS.
