Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven, target-oriented individual with a talent for business development. With over 10 years of experience in the power supply market, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships within the Eastern EU Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers within Eastern EU Region.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Strategically manage and support existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Navigate the competitive landscape, staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve defined sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent strategy and customer experience.
- Report on sales results and forecast future market potential.
Requirements
- Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in account management or sales within the power supply market.
- Technical background and extensive market knowledge, including an understanding of competitors.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home-based setting.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a business developer mindset.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts within the designated region.
- No specific level of education required, but technical acumen and industry experience are critical.
