Job Description:
To lead and manage the execution of the Company’s Financial Patient Program (FPP) and Patient Access Program (PAP) to achieve commercial objective and improve patient access to medicine in the Program
Major Accountabilities:

Develop end-to-end process implementation of the Program to ensure alignment with the approved FPP / PAP business proposal.

Establish strategic implementation of the Program with involved FPP / PAP key stakeholders both internal and external in order to establish a common understanding.

Record keeping of FPP/PAP materials and documents related to the Program process implementation, aligned with the Company’s policies for financial auditing, compliance purposes, as well as for assessing the Program for further improvement

Ensure common understanding of the Program, including create tools and materials for effective communications with target audiences/ readers, e.g., specific groups of HCP, patients & caretakers, and general public, etc.

Periodically communicate and update the Program performance and its outcomes, including address operational issues, if any, and propose implementing solutions among the local PAP cross-functional team

Manage FPP/PAP execution and its operational activities in the daily basis (end-to-end process) including the Free-Of-Charge (FOC) tracking and management

Be the Company focal point contact between involved employees in the FPP/ PAP cross-functional team and the third party FPP/PAP service-provider, as well as in some cases interacting with our customers/ hospitals, if needed.

Establish mechanism to ensure the third-party FPP/PAP service-provider has conducted the Program, according to the committed terms and conditions, signed in the Services Agreement with company.

Provide guidance or develop request, escalate, and get approval for additional specific requests to support FPP/PAP implementation within timeline specified in FPP/PAP service agreement such as: FPP/PAP scheme deviation, proof of purchase without detail on medicine
