About the Role

Are you a data explorer, always diving deep and transforming data into valuable insights? Join us as a financial Business Analyst and become an essential thinker, examining current and future business operations, recognizing improvement opportunities, and contributing to FP&A processes. What You'll Do: 🎯

• Be part of the FP&A team, evaluate current business processes and uncover risks and opportunities for improvement and streamlining.
• Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting actuals meticulously comparing financial data to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Harness and make sense of vast amounts of data, transforming it from its raw state into valuable insights and determining the most effective way to showcase it.
• Intensively work together with, provide support and assist the Business Controller in reporting and analysis.

Requirements

The perfect match:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in finance.
• Experience in finance, preferably with a background in Accounting or Business Control.
• Ideally a second / third career step, looking for widening your business scope.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data collection, processing, and visualization.
• Ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Tableau (or other BI tool), data tooling, Business Central.
• Excellent Excel skills.
