The Head of Operations will provide strategic operational leadership, supply chain expertise, and technical acumen to successfully develop the global market roll-out for the business.
To be considered for the position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Relevant first degree, e.g., engineering or STEM.
- Plus 5 years of experience in managing operations teams (Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing).
- Experience of outsourced manufacturing.
- Experience in medical device development, including a well-established understanding of regulatory and quality frameworks.
The role is based at the Swedish headquarters in Stockholm.
