Business Analyst

About the role:

As a Business Analyst you will be working closely with Billing support which consists of 2 teams who oversee several processes related to invoicing. As a business analyst you'll collaborate and support local teams process evolvement and change initiatives. Given that our processes play a crucial role in the Customer Lifecycle, it is imperative for the business analyst to maintain a continuous commitment to improve ways of working and support development initiatives.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Lead, coordinate and participate in various development initiatives to ensure successful business deliveries
• Develop business cases and performs impact analysis, thereby engaging a wide range of stakeholders, to pro-actively propose ways to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk and deliver value
• Analyse and communicate the impact of planned changes on existing and new processes, tools, products or services.
• Suggest implementation strategy and desired future state and help to drive implementation
• Capture, document and ensure proper translation of business needs into requirements for process or system changes
• Ensure subject matter expertise within Billing area in order to practically contribute to the assigned project or initiative to help improve teams processes
• Ability to capture and analyze data to support decision making, innovation, expert advice and project management.

• Excellent written and verbal English skill
• Flexibility, detail-oriented mindset, and willingness to take ownership
• Proactive and innovative mindset
• Experience in banking payment or invoicing area would be an advantage
• Higher education

€2,500 - €3,700 a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
