The Challenge

Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our platform, OneTrust is seeking a Partner Sales Manager. In this role, you will act as extension to our Regional Sales Leadership to drive effective territory plans, target account plans and successful customer deployments with our capable partners. You will positively drive the relationships with partners throughout the region and enable partners to influence client activity.

OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals.

This is a high TCV opportunity with uncapped commission and a competitive salary.

Your Mission

In this role, you will build and connect partners within our ecosystem to drive revenue on new and existing opportunities. You will need to demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions, make recommendations and coach partners around our products and future product developments.

In this role you will also:

  • Delivery of a specific and defined ACV quota
  • Execute territory and target account plans with focus partners
  • Drive sales opportunity velocity & closure with Sales Managers and Account Executives
  • Qualify sales opportunities, setting proper customer expectations
  • Support a structured renewal process to support upsell & cross sell motions
  • Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale our regional sales engine
  • Develop a thorough understanding of OneTrust products and roadmap
  • Handle partner contract negotiations and accurately forecasting to management
  • Effective communication of partner impact on Regional Sales Plan
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives

You Are

You are a coachable and organized individual with strong communication and critical thinking skills who can take a consultative sales approach. You must also be open to 20-30% travel.

Your experience includes:

  • 8-12 years of experience with driving outcome based partner relationships in SaaS / Software
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or professional experience in a related field
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding target goals
  • Effective sales presentation, forecasting, and planning skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Self starter, phenomenal teammate and team player
  • Strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity •

Extra Awesome

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM solution
  • Experience working as an effective relationship builder with a consultative sales style
