Requirements
Position Minimum Qualifications:
• 84 months ERP business analysis experience with a focus on Financial and
HR/Payroll modules
• 84 months experience documenting To-Be ERP requirements using artifaicts
such as Functional Requirements Documents, User Interface Documents, Report
Specification Documents, and Report Requirements Documents
• 84 months experience conducting interviews with ERP end-users to support As-
Is and To-Be documentation and analysis.
• 84 months experience documenting As-Is ERP reports using artifacts such as
Report Specification Documents
• 84 months experience creating business analysis artifact templates such as
Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Report Specification Documents,
Report Requirement Documents, Pain Point Documents, Functional
Requirements Documents, and User Interface Documents
• 60 months experience creating business rules extraction documentation and
analyzing extracted rules
• 60 months experience performing data analysis of ERP system data and
metadata using SQL and tools such as Excel
