We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting process and maintaining effective communication with investors and analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Coordinate the internal and external audit process
  • Manage the preparation and filing of required reports with regulatory bodies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and analysts, providing timely and accurate information
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations
  • Assist with the development and execution of the investor relations strategy
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial reporting and investor relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and investor relations
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the payment processing or financial services industry is a plus
