Associate HR Optimization Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for attendance and leave management

Will be doing end to end PF Transactions

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel-based reports and data analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
Utilize a customer-centric approach to engage with employees, address concerns, and facilitate a positive work environment.
Apply your HR expertise to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
Visualize and create user-friendly workflow models to optimize processes within the scope of the company's vision and budget.
