Product Management Intern

The main purpose of the "Product Management Intern" at Xsolla is to support the product team in the delivery of product initiatives and to learn and develop the necessary skills to understand key product management concepts. This role involves assisting in the coordination and completion of product projects, conducting market and user research, helping to define product visions, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Conducting market and user research to identify new product opportunities.
• Supporting the product team in coordinating and completing product projects.
• Assisting in defining product visions and working with cross-functional teams to ensure business, quality, and functional goals are met.
• Managing and updating product databases and customer relationship management systems.
• Collaborating on product planning, including working with vendors, design teams, and developers for on-time completion of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Management, Game Development or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with internship experience.
• Understanding of product management concepts, project management skills, and proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry and digital distribution platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, strong problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn.
• No certifications or licenses are specifically required, but product management or project management certifications are a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in the video game industry, especially with game development or digital distribution platforms, would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple languages or multi-cultural background.
• Also, a passion for gaming and an understanding of the gamer community would be highly valued.
