Test Engineer Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our engineering team as a Test Engineer. As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in testing and quality assurance processes for our products. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the reliability and functionality of our software/hardware products.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases for software/hardware products
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Document test results and provide feedback to the development team
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Gain exposure to various testing tools and technologies used in the industry

What you'll need

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies

We're the Navigation SDK team. We work on complex code to develop TomTom's Navigation Software Development Kit, integrating technologies provided by other Product Units and enabling our customers to easily build competitive navigation applications. Your code will also be at the heart of TomTom's navigation products like AmiGO, helping millions of people find their way in the world.
