Position: Full-time

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK

Salary Range: Competitive depending on relevant experience.

About the Role

In the role of Equipment and Logistics Manager you will support Uncrewed Aircraft System deployment from the UK. Callen-Lenz flight operations cover a broad range of activities, with this particular role sitting within the service delivery side of the company and will be part of a long-term partnership with a trusted customer.

As equipment and logistics manager you will be required to monitor the deployed equipment, establish and manage a maintenance schedule and coordinate the logistics plan from the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, accounting and maintaining all deployed equipment.
  • Creating the projects maintenance schedule.
  • Constant monitoring of the maintenance schedule to ensure compliance is achieved and smooth running of the overall programme.
  • Over responsibility for implementing and monitoring the logistic process of moving equipment between the UK to overseas locations.
  • Assisting in the development of operational processes and procedures.
  • Assurance of quality in all aspects of maintenance activities.
  • Working with key stakeholders internally and externally and representing the company appropriately at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Health and Safety

  • Demonstrating in daily activities a commitment to health and safety in the workplace by always ensuring tasks are performed in the safest possible manner.
  • Reporting all hazards and incidents that the individual is party to, or observes, in the correct manner.
  • When required or directed, participating in any health and safety training.

About You

Skills and competencies

Essential

  • Evidence of logistics and maintenance experience.
  • Ability to create high quality and detailed documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience working in an operational environment.

Desirable

  • Relevant experience of UAS deployed operations.

Personal Attributes

  • Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK
  • Ability to commit to ad hoc national and international travel
  • Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
  • Ability to work in Salisbury, Wiltshire UK
