Product Operations Intern

• Engage in daily meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up with cross-functional teams.
• Support partnership conversations, maintain documentation, and facilitate effective communication and relationships with external partners.
• Foster close internal collaboration with the product, marketing, and design teams.
• Track market trends and categorize useful information daily.
• Collect and follow up on project information under guidance.
• Identify high-quality channels and help connect the team with KOLs,PR channels, projects, etc.
• Assist in handling unexpected situations, including communicating with external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring effective information transfer across different parties.
• Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto, blockchain technology, financial trading business, or the decentralized wallet ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple projects.
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail.
• Exposure to Fintech, Internet, or Financial related work experience is a plus.
