We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab for the following position:

Product Engineer

What a typical day looks like:

• Communicate with the business unit team to ensure efficient production methods
• Actively participate at product introduction phase and review product specifications based on customer needs
• Supervise sample production and report status to project manager
• Initiate and implement technical and technological changes together with site/ global team, monitor the changes
• Manage the documentation related to production methodology and engineering models
• Collaborate with the business unit team/ site experts to solve problems and develop corrective actions
• Evaluate inspection and test results with the core team to improve the production yield
• Set and monitor SMART goals, actively initiate and participate in continuous improvement programs
• Maintain technical related communication directly with customers, suppliers, and related departments
• Create work instructions - support training of site trainers
• Create build reports for product implementations and changes
• Participate in line layout design process for new products
• Participate in audits to verify compliance with customer/ Flex requirements
• Provide technical support in case of new product quotation

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer degree (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in electrical manufacturing would be preferred but we are open to Fresh Graduates
• Communication level in both English and Hungarian
• AutoCAD and Excel knowledge
• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings, specifications
• Analytical and problem-solving approach with the ability to multitask
