This role is responsible for making sure that defined search engine optimization initiatives are executed, tracked, and reported in a correct manner from start to finish. Communication is with tech, design, and brand marketing coordinators. Focus is on our reputable flagship affiliate website Casinomeister.

What you will be doing:

• Set up goals for, organize tasks, and prioritize daily work.
• Be involved in the creation of the overall SEO strategy for web properties.
• Implement and manage the SEO strategy to attain improved rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor and report on rankings and traffic by measuring keyword positions, search volume, and overall site visibility using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Work closely with relevant other departments within the group, to define and agree on necessary SEO services orders.
• Collaborate with in-house and remote product, content and development teams to prioritize and develop SEO improvements of web assets (e.g., site architecture optimization, on-page and off-page optimization).
• Execute on offsite SEO work derived from SEO strategy set for web properties and possibly other websites within the portfolio.
• Create and implement SEO strategy together with marketing team
• Plan and execute off page strategies
• Competitor Analysis - on and off page
• Technical and content on page audits
• Manage, create and execute content marketing strategies and, at times, handle contact with agencies
• Analysis - crawling, duplication and organization of content
• Reporting - traffic, link, ranking and ROI analysis
• Sync content & creative with other activities such as CRM and external marketing activities
• Other SEO related tasks as required.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within digital marketing across SEO/SEM, marketing database, website, email, social media and/or digital advertising.
• Experience working with websites with multiple market focus.
• Experience working with SEO and website marketing.
• Experience optimizing websites and landing pages with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge and work experience with website development processes.
• Solid knowledge and work experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other industry standard SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent project planning and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English.
