Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team. This position demands a solid technical foundation, strategic thinking and product thinking. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset and be adept at grasping the company's and its partners' aspirations. Collaboration is key; they should excel in working alongside partners, sales teams, and stakeholders to reach shared customer objectives. The successful candidate will be key in finding and managing strategic and marketplace partners, creating technical content, helping sales with solution selling, and overseeing various technical marketing and open-source community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic and marketplace partners for the organization.
• Technical Expertise: Develop and deliver technical content for enterprise architects and business leads.
• Collaborating with Sales and Product Management: Ensure that the technical aspects of a potential partnership are thoroughly understood and that the right technical solutions are proposed, work with the product management team to build the product or integration
• Managing Integrations: Onboard marketplace partners and manage both technical and go-to-market efforts.
• Open source: Engage in open-source technical marketing and community activities.

Requirements

• Experience in cloud or edge computing industries in SA/SE or product management.
• Experience integrating multiple applications into solutions running in virtualized and containerized environments.
• Strong foundation in cloud native technologies and modern workflows (Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOPs, Docker, etc.).
• Understanding hardware architectures and components (GPUs, FPGS, etc.) and how they interact with application workflows.
• Technical expertise sufficient to engage with enterprise architects.
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge they need to be successful
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to partners and potential customers.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Diverse technology experience preferred

$175,000 - $200,000 a year

Zededa’s main compensation philosophy is to provide you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop with the company. The base pay range, dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience and location for this role is between $175,000 and $200,000.
