UI/UX Designer

• Perform full-cycle UX/UI design project completion of any level
• Develop project design-support documentation and tools
• Perform the functions of Senior Product Designer, if necessary - the formation of hypotheses, prototypes, concept design
• Negotiate the project’s requirements and business objectives with the client/team
• Provide timely project delivery within the deadlines, according to the task description and technical constraints
• Predict and communicate the risks proactively to meet the defined goals and timelines

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer creating both web and mobile interfaces, including analysis work, prototyping, hypothesis testing, user testing, and UX review activities
• Strong communication skills, competent and clear speech, clear formation of thoughts
• Strong estimation and risk mitigation skills, efficiency in self-management
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, etc.) and ability to get familiar with the new one quickly
• Strong knowledge of Atomic Design principles and experience in building complex design systems
• Familiarity with Material/HIG guidelines and responsive web design requirements
• Good understanding of the software development process
• At least an Upper Intermediate level of English
