Stream is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team in the US. The role This is a hybrid role based out of our Boulder, CO office.

What You Will Do

In this role you will support our sales reps on outbound efforts and strategies and work with managers to come up with new outbound ideas and techniques. A high volume of emails and calls is to be expected each day!

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively research, conduct needs analysis and set appointments for sales reps
  • Attend calls with prospects and handle the handoff/introduction to the sales rep
  • Attain and exceed all sales goals by setting appointments with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other methods
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in Outreach and Hubspot
  • Attend sales and product training and develop proficiency in Stream, as well as a basic understanding of the cloud based feed and chat infrastructure industry
