Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the gambling, gaming, or betting industry.
  • Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using customer.io software or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving results in customer retention and engagement initiatives.
