Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic finance professional to join our leadership team as the Vice President of Corporate Finance. This key role will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing capital structure, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize the capital structure, identifying opportunities for financing, debt restructuring, and capital allocation to enhance shareholder value.
  • Oversee the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations. Evaluate potential investments and partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Implement robust risk management strategies and frameworks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and mitigating financial risks.
  • Act as a key liaison with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, presenting financial performance and strategic initiatives to enhance transparency and build investor confidence.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 8+ years in a senior leadership role within corporate finance, with a strong background in Insurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management, including capital markets, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in executing financial strategies that contribute to organizational growth and profitability.
  • M&A experience, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
