Where: Position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid - part remote work with at least 2 days in office per week

Responsibilities:

• Property Audits
• Account Reconciliations
• Month End Close Journal Entries
• Monthly Financial Statement Review
• Preparation of Year End Tax Workpapers (Fixed asset system entries and trial balance review)
• Special Projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail Oriented
• Organized
• Ability to multi-task a must
