Team Lead Software Engineering

The company we’re hiring for is developing an AI powered software solution to offer supply chain risk management for their customers, which include large multinational corporations. The company is growing heavily and looking to add a Software Engineering Team Lead to their data science department.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Work with a variety of modern technologies (Scala, Scala-js, NoSql Databases and such) in a cloud environment
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
• Help to architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Coordinate with other teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless functionality
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements

• You are willing to relocate to Austria (Europe) and work on site in the company headquarters
• 7+ years of experience in software development, especially using JVM languages like Scala or Java
