Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and identify high-value keywords.
• Optimize website content and meta tags for target keywords.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues that hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor website analytics and track SEO campaign performance.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize website content.
• Prepare reports summarizing website performance and SEO campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with crafting and managing basic email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience: We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. A strong track record of success in improving website organic traffic, search engine rankings, and conversions is essential.
• Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, link building strategies, and content marketing.
• Data Analysis Skills: They should be comfortable with data analysis and be able to interpret website traffic data, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Content Marketing: Experience in content creation and content strategy development is a plus. The ability to understand user intent and craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience is crucial.
• Email Marketing Knowledge: A general understanding of email marketing principles and best practices is desired. This includes knowledge of email list segmentation, crafting engaging email copy, and basic email marketing campaign management.
• Familiarity with SEO Tools: While we have WebCEO and SEMrush available, proficiency in a wider range of SEO tools is highly desirable. This could include tools like:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Ahrefs
  • Moz
  • Screaming Frog
  • Yoast SEO or Surfer SEO (SEO Writing Assistant tools)
  • Rank Tracking tools (e.g., SERP tracker in Moz or Ahrefs)
