We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards in our apartments across the US region. This role involves overseeing a team of Quality Associates and Inspectors that are responsible for evaluating properties, personnel, and process adherence in the field. As a leader of this team, the Quality Manager champions continuous improvement, guides local market teams on best practices, assists in the prioritization of projects, and supports the integration of audits, root cause analysis, and change management. .

What you will focus on:

Leadership & Management:

  • Oversee a team of quality associates/inspectors across 7+ markets.
  • Ensure team alignment with quality standards and objectives.
  • Escalate serious market or client quality issues appropriately to management.
  • Implement action plans to support the markets and cross functional teams to resolve issues promptly and permanently.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure unit readiness by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures at a global level.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support change management initiatives collaborating across departments.

Inspection Prioritization:

  • Manage inspection priorities based on client segments, unit coverage, and sampling requirements.
  • Use data and feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Expand inspection and audit scopes to achieve the highest impact for the company.

Training & Development:

  • Train operations teams and the organization on quality standards.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops across all levels in the organization.
  • Identify training needs of our external partners.

Technology Integration:

  • Continuously optimize digital inspection forms for effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Integrate quality assurance into product development (physical and digital) for in-built quality.
  • Analyze data from digital tools for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to different markets as required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.
  • Experience with digital inspection tools.
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge/certification is a plus.
