Key Responsibilities

• Design and Coding: Assist in the design and development of technical solutions. Engage in coding activities to bring these solutions to life.
• Testing: Participate in the testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Pair Programming: Work closely with leads, architects, and other team members. Pair programming will be a key part of your learning process, allowing you to gain insights from experienced professionals.
• Exposure to Technology Stack: Strive to understand all layers of the technology stack, including programming paradigms and practices. This broad exposure will help you identify your areas of interest and strength.
• Focused Learning: While gaining broad exposure, you should also aim to focus on a particular layer, language, and toolset of the stack. This will allow you to develop deeper expertise in a specific area.
• Component Identification: Learn to identify the various components of the application and infrastructure within your domain.
• Inquisitive Learning: Actively ask questions and seek clarifications to ensure a clear understanding of the subject matter relevant to your tasks.

Who we are looking for

• Curiosity and Initiative: Be proactive in seeking knowledge and understanding. Your role is to learn and grow, so don't hesitate to ask questions.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, leveraging their expertise and contributing your insights.
• Adaptability: Be open to learning new tools, languages, and methodologies as you work on different aspects of the stack.
• Skill Set:
  • .Net: Gain experience in developing applications using the .Net framework.
  • JavaScript: Learn and apply JavaScript for front-end development and enhance user interactions.
  • Java: Work with Java for backend development and understand its role in enterprise applications.
  • SQL: Develop skills in SQL for database management, querying, and data manipulation.
• This internship is an excellent steppingstone for computer science and programming students who want to build their technical skills and gain real-world experience.
