  • Drive and improve inventory strategy for medmix US.
  • Focus on medium term and long-term planning horizon.
  • Analyze and optimize medium to long term planning results.
  • Manage and optimize entire planning process.
  • Focus on multiple stages of the value chain.
  • Analyze and evaluate the entire delivery chain.
  • Define and determine MRP strategies and parameters.
  • Select applicable forecasting methods.
  • Act as interface between different stakeholders
  • Conduct daily integration using internal and external interfaces.
  • Implement regular reconciliation rounds using internal and external interfaces.
  • Support daily operative planning
  • React to changes and daily problems.
  • Conduct missing parts management.
  • Analyze and control output and KPIs.
  • Implement the MRP controlling.
  • Process daily and weekly results

Requirements

Work experience: 3-5 years of Buyer /Inventory Planning

Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate years’ experience

Other:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required in communicating with personnel in other departments.
  • Expert with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Quick learner for software programs like Qlikview, (CRM, reporting software) and QlikSense
  • Experience with project management preferred.
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Must be energetic and a self-starter.
