What you will really be doing...

🤹‍♀️ Project Management: Manage a portfolio of multiple onboarding projects concurrently, prioritising based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability. Develop a clear project tracking system to provide stakeholders with up-to-date progress reports

🗺️ Forward Planning: Participate in assessing commercial opportunities, and help Aize make informed decisions about customer onboarding that align with our capacity and product capabilities. Be proactive and maintain and share plans for future projects

💬 Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding customer data onboarding projects

🎡 Process Optimisation: Continuously and in collaboration with the team and stakeholders, evaluate and improve data onboarding processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and ensure a smooth and scalable customer experience

How will you be doing this

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial and Product Management teams to identify and implement necessary product feature updates or enhancements based on customer onboarding experiences and feedback, as well as the Engineering team for technical improvements
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to projects and provide input into workforce planning as our customer base grows
• Think Strategically: Oversee both internal and external projects, adapt and prioritise project resources accordingly based on commercial and team input
• Information sharing: Ensure transparent and timely communication across departments and to the wider organisation, including customer success, support, engineering and product management teams

We have spent some time trying to find the best way to work with our data onboarding processes and see the need for someone to take the lead and structure all the work that has been done, plus the work we need to do in the future!

Team

• You will report to our Head of Data Engineering, and be part of our Builds area responsible for onboarding customer data in Aize. Even though your “home” will be Builds, your day-to-day team will be everything from tech leads and data analysts to commercial directors

Who we think you are

• Proven experience managing several or a portfolio of projects in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Top-notch project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Experience in a global or multi-regional context
• Understanding of the tech scene
