We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build on our future DevOps CI/CD infrastructure and automation, based on latest tools, technologies and best practices.
Our team supports the development of oncology software that helps people around the world to fight cancer. The team is working internationally and collaborating with skilled colleagues with a diverse background.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer, with a solid background and interest in infrastructure automation, to work on latest technologies and with the potential to change the future of cancer treatment and improve the quality of patients’ lives across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Design and drive CI/CD infrastructure automation on high-performance edge and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams on infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Implement and support automation and self-service solutions continuously to improve company’s software delivery speed and quality.
Tools and Technologies that you already know or are interested in learning:
- Cloud (Azure)
- CI/CD systems (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Configuration Management (Ansible)
- Monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
- Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher)
- Repository Management (Artifactory)
- Source Control (Git)
- Programming (e.g. Python, C#, PowerShell)
- Virtualization (VMware vSphere)
Skills & Experience:
- Solid DevOps Engineer/Developer experience with a knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience of automating infrastructure and operations.
- Ability to work well both individually and within a team
- Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of security concepts (principle of least privilege, authentication, encryption, secret management, etc.)
- Experience of troubleshooting complex issues and/or environments
